The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the transfer.

The petitioner shall file an application with Chief Executive Officer as contemplated under Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019. On receipt of the application, the Chief Executive Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and preferably within a period of 15 days.
