The learned Advocate for the petitioner/applicant has placed on record order dated 28/10/2021 passed in CA/6829/2021 IN FAST/10334/2021 arising out of the same project. In an identical issue, this Court has stayed the award subject to deposit of 50 % of the compensation amount as directed by the reference Court along with accrued interest thereon. 2.

In view of the same, ad-interim stay subject to deposit of 50 % of amount as directed by the Reference Court along with accrued interest thereon, within a period of twelve weeks. 3.
