Considering the contentions raised in the applications for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant applicant in challenge to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants in respective applications are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount deposited by the appellants in respective appeals in this Court on submitting an undertaking that in the event an adverse order is passed against the applicants in the appeal, they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn within four weeks of passing of such an order. Balance amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years and, if required, for further period till disposal of the appeal.
