The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.05.2019 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Latur in Appeal No. 127 of 2018 under Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. It is now settled that a statutory remedy of approaching the Registrar General, who is the Commissioner of Co-operation, Pune, under Section 9 of the said Act, is available.

This petition is therefore disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 14.08.2019 till the passing of this order, would be a ground to be canvassed for condonation of delay, if any.
