DATED : 7th OCTOBER, 2016 PER COURT:- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants should be permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lacs) by considering the financial problems of the applicants. I do not find any reason to modify the order passed by this court on 8.7.2016, whereby the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court, by excluding the amount directed to be deposited in the names of minor claimant Nos. 2 and 3 by the Tribunal. If the applicants want to withdraw more amount on some other new ground, they are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of remaining amount deposited before this Court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
