2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and respondent nos.2 and 6.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the father and mother of all applicants died in accident. Applicant nos.1 to 3 are taking education whereas applicant no.4 is minor. There is no source of income to the applicants for their livelihood. The amount is required for education and other daily expenses of applicants, hence, requested to allow the applicants to withdraw the amount. 4] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, the

2839.22CA application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount of deposited amount by respondent no.2 by submitting usual undertaking before the learned Judicial [Registrar] of this Court.
