It is submitted that the proposal is forwarded by the management to respondent No. 2 to apply the pay scale of Rs.45007000 to the petitioner for the period 01.08.2000 to 01.04.2007. 3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 4.

In case, the proposal (page no. 29) seeking appropriate pay scale is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide it in accordance with law and policy, considering all the relevant aspects
