It is admitted that the petitioner has filed a civil suit for specific performance of contract and the same is pending. The petitioner can seek all the consequential reliefs in the said pending civil suit. 3.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the pending civil suit. No costs.
