The Petitioners are once again before this Court. By an order dated 27.02.2023, passed in WP No.960/2023, we had directed that the concerned authority would decide the pending Revision Petition No.34/2022 by following the due procedure laid down in Law, on or before 30.06.2023. Once we have passed such an order, we can not entertain a second petition in the same cause. 2.

However, the learned AGP submits that Respondent No.1 would positively decide the said proceedings within 60 days and he khs/August 2023/10623

- 2 - requests the Court not to pass any further orders. 3.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off. The statement that the proceedings would be completed within 60 days, is recorded.

We, therefore, direct the Petitioners to appear before Respondent No.1 on 07.09.2023 at 12.00 noon in his Office in the Mantralaya. The proceedings would be taken forward thereafter. We hope that Respondent No.1 does not give rise to a situation which would warrant a contempt of court notice.
