The petitioners are challenging the measurement on the ground that the measurement is wrongly made. The petitioners have given application for rectifying measurement map. However, same is not attended too.

In case the petitioners have objection with regard to measurement and measurement map, the petitioners have remedy of Nimtana measurement by the appellate authority. The petitioners may avail the said remedy as may be permissible in law. In case the petitioners apply for Nimtana measurement, the authority shall consider the application for measurement upon payment of fees by the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
