Applicants are seeking modification of order dated 26.08.2011 passed by Division Bench of this Court permitting withdrawal of amount. Applicants claim that they are not in a position to furnish bank guarantee and as such seeking permission to furnish solvent security for claiming withdrawal of amount as directed by Division Bench of this Court earlier in view of paragraph no. 4(B) of the order dated 26.08.2011. Considering the contentions raised in the application, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted withdrawal of 25% of the amount as directed by Division Bench of this court earlier in view of paragraph no. 4(B)
