These applications are filed for restoration of the first appeals, registration of which was refused by learned Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 18.01.2022 and 05.03.2024, on failure to remove office objections.

Now the applicants are ready to remove office objections. The civil applications are allowed. The delay in preferring this applications is condoned. The office objections be removed within four weeks from today. Subject to said condition, the first appeals shall stand restored to their original position.
