Heard. The Counsel appearing for the respondent management submits that, on 7th November, 2014, proposal for approval of the services of the petitioner has been submitted to the Office of respondent no.2. In case such proposal is submitted by the respondent management, respondent no.2 to take decision on the said proposal in accordance with the relevant Rules and Policy, as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from today. In case no such proposal is already submitted, respondent no.4 to submit such proposal within two weeks from today. Upon submitting such proposal, respondent no.2 to take decision thereon within six weeks thereafter.

Petition stands disposed of on above terms.

Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Needless to observe that, in case, if the salary amount is not disbursed for the period for which petitioner has rendered the services, respondent no.2 to look into it, and in accordance with the relevant Rules, in case the petitioner is found entitled thereto, to disburse the said amount within eight weeks.
