It is submitted that, the matter has been compromised in the Lok Adalat, however, petitioners have not been paid the compensation amount as per the compromise arrived at before the Lok Adalat on 16.01.2016.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the matter is settled between petitioners and respondent Nos. 1 and 2 before the Lok Adalat on 16.01.2016 and same is still in force, then the respondents shall pay the amount

2 wp 10338.18 as per the settlement arrived at in the Lok Adalat and as per the settlement within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
