For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to the payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- [Rupees One Thousand] to be paid to the office of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad Bench, within a period of two (2) weeks.

On showing receipt towards the payment of the costs, the registration of Review Application (St) No. 23871 of 2023 be restored. 5.
