For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to the payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- [Rupees One Thousand] to be paid to the office of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad Bench, within a period of two (2) weeks.

On showing receipt towards the payment of the costs, the registration of Review Application (St) No. 23870 of 2023 be restored. 5.

Application stands disposed off.
