The Applicant submits that notice to the unserved Respondents can be served through paper publication. Though the name of the newspaper "Nagar Times", Marathi is mentioned, learned Advocate submits, across the Bar on instructions that the notice can be published in Marathi daily "Lokmat", Ahmednagar edition.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Issue notice to the unserved Respondents returnable on 06.10.2017. The Applicant shall have the said notice published at her own costs, in Marathi daily "Lokmat", Ahmednagar edition at least TEN DAYS prior to the returnable date in the matter.
