Learned Counsel for the petitioner - original complainant submits that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and the petitioner - original complainant has fled affdavit-in-reply to that effect in Criminal Application No.2871 of 2021 fled by the accused persons for quashing of F.I.R. No. 666/2017 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, Taluka Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar. Learned Counsel, thus, seeks leave to withdrawn this writ petition.
