By detailed order dated 7th September, 2018, we directed the District Collector, Beed, Mr. M.D. Singh to personally look into the matter and on submitting the indemnity bond by the petitioners, the Collector was further directed to see that the order of this Court is complied with in letter and spirit and accordingly, he was further directed to submit a report to the Office of the Government Pleader. The Assistant Government Pleader invited our attention to the report received by him.

2. The perusal of the report shows that the petitioners submitted the indemnity bond before the Special Land

{2} P-1-CP639-18 Acquisition Officer and an amount to the tune of Rs. 2,73,46,500/- is also disbursed and is deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioners namely, Mr. Chandrahans Babaji Gite and Mr. Amit Chandrahans Gite. The statement is annexed to the report and it is stated that an amount to the tune of Rs. 1,36,73,250/- is deposited in the Account No.110501510454 of Mr. Chandrahans Babaji Gite and an amount to the tune of Rs.1,36,73,250/- in the account No.50100232532891 of Mr. Amit Chandrahans Gite. The counter foils of the challan and draft/cheque is also annexed to the report. The report is dated 23.09.2018 and the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned AGP submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 7th September, 2018, Mr. Sunil Bhutale, the Special Land Acquisition Officer is also present in this Court. 4.

In view of the report dated 23.09.2018 submitted to the Office of Government Pleader by the Collector, Beed, the order of this Court is complied with. As such, the contempt is purged and the Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly. ( MANISH PITALE ) ( PRASANNA B. VARALE ) JUDGE JUDGE mta
