By this Writ Petition, the petitioner impugns the auction notices issued by the Respondent NO.2/Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Ahmedpur. However, today, when the matter was called out Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 place on record order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune, wherein, in respect of same subject matter, an appeal preferred by the petitioner has been partly allowed. 2.

The order passed by the Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune dated 27.12.2024 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
