By this application, the applicant prays that the writ petition be restored since it was dismissed for non removal of office objections. The civil application is filed within time.

The learned AGP submits that an appropriate order be passed. 3.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out, this application is allowed. The writ petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed, provided the petitioner removes all office objections on or before 30.12.2022 at the request of the petitioner. ( SANJAY A.
