It is submitted by the learned Advocates that this Court (Coram : R.V.Ghuge, J.), by judgment dated 20.01.2017 has decided identical matter bearing Writ Petition No.9379/2012 (Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth vs. Laxman Thakaji Darkunde) and other group of petitions in between the same Petitioner University vs. several similarly situated workers. These two petitions were inadvertently not tagged along

*2* 1.nob.wp.9378.9400.12.con with the said group which has been decided by the said judgment. It is submitted that for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 20.01.2017, both these petitions need to be dismissed as like the said group.

I have perused the petition paper books and the impugned judgments delivered by the Labour Court dated 25.06.2010 and 29.06.2010.

Considering the above and for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 20.01.2017, both these Writ Petitions are dismissed. The order of costs set out in paragraph 18 of the judgment dated 20.01.2017 shall be equally applicable to these petitions as below. I am awarding costs to these Respondents/ Employees by directing the Petitioner/ University to pay an amount of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) to each of these Respondents within a period of SIX WEEKS from today, failing which the said amount shall be payable from the personal salary of the Registrar of the Petitioner/ University, who is party to these petitions.
