Learned Counsel appearing for respondents claimants though has opposed for condonation of delay, stating that the reasons as are assigned by the acquiring body are insufficient to condone the delay, the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 2, 3 and 4 of the applications, according to me, are just and sufficient. The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law.

After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents in the appeals returnable 4.7.2017. Shri Shrikant S.Kulkarni, learned Counsel, waives service for respondents / original claimants. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matter for admission on 4.7.2017.
