Mr. Thigale, the learned counsel submits that, he is restricting the petition to the extent that Collector be directed to take decision on the proposal forwarded by the Sub Divisional Officer on 18.05.2018 (page 31).

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2.

As no decision is taken on merits and submission is made

2 wp 10427.18 seeking directions against the Collector to decide the proposal, we direct the Collector to take decision, if it is permissible for him, in accordance with law, if necessary after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
