The application is filed for setting aside order dated 21/08/2024 passed by this court whereby review petition filed by the present applicants, was dismissed for default. The applicants are claiming that on 21/08/2024 their learned counsel Mr. D. R. Bhadekar was under medical treatment and therefore, he could not remain present. The medical papers in respect of treatment of Mr. Bhadekar, are also annexed. Though the application is strongly
