Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the fact that in a group of writ petitions (W.P.No.7954 of 2011 and other companion matters), involving similar subject matter, this Court, vide order dated 2nd February, 2012, had finally disposed of those petitions in terms which are similar to interim order appearing in the present writ petition, it would be expedient to follow the same suit. Present writ petition, as such, stands disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 19th October, 2011. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
