The learned counsel submits that since 2014 the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2014, then the Committee shall decide the same preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The
