PER COURT:- 1.

It is submitted that after remand of the matter the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee since the year 2015. The same is not yet decided and the respondent no.3 has threatened the petitioner to take action if the validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2015 we pass the following order:

ORDER

(2) 937-wp-10355-2019 (i) The respondent no.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05.09.2019.

(ii) The respondent no.3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondent no.3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
