This Court on 30.07.2024 had passed conditional order. Learned Advocate for the Applicants / Petitioners failed to remove office objections within the stipulated time and therefore, the Petition stood dismissed.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks restoration of the Writ Petition on the ground that the office objections will be removed within a period of two (2) weeks.

The Petitioners are permitted to comply with the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
