Learned Advocate for the applicant informs that now there is compromise between the parties. They have already filed a proceeding seeking divorce by mutual consent. Copy of said petition is produced on record. Same is marked as Annexure "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the compromise, the wife undertakes that she will not prosecute criminal proceeding against her husband. Considering the same, this Court finds that this application deserves to be allowed. 03.

FIR bearing Crime No. 604 of 2023 registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon for the offences punishable under section 498-A read with 23 of the Indian Penal Code and consequential action of filing of charge-sheet stands quashed and set aside. The proceeding started on the basis of the same, bearing RCC No. 1061 of 2024 pending before the learned JMFC, Jalgaon also stands quashed and set aside.
