We are not inclined to entertain this criminal application. The name of the applicant is mentioned in the F.I.R. He is the sole accused. On perusal of the allegations made in the complaint, it appears that the specific role has been attributed to the applicant. Though the incident had taken place on account some parking issues, however, as alleged, the applicant herein has slapped respondent No.2 at the public place and also pushed her and thereafter extended beating by fist blows. There is no reason to entertain this application. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
