By consent, these two writ petitions can be disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties, on instructions, submits that, the parties have no objection, if, the trial court is directed to dispose off the suit expeditiously, and, till the disposal of the suit, if the parties are directed to maintain status-quo in respect of their respective portion/s of the suit properties. 3.
In view of the above, the parties are directed to aaa/-
WP 12274.2017+.odt maintain status-quo in respect of their suit properties till the disposal of the suit, and, the trial court is hereby directed to dispose off the suit, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of receipt of this order.

Parties shall co-operate the trial court. Needless to say that the order passed below exh.5 and exh.18 respectively are modified to that extent.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed off. No costs.
