Mr. Pawade, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post of Sarpanch is vacant. The elections are not conducted for the post of Sarpanch by respondent-Authority.

Mrs. Gondhalekar, learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1 to 3 and refers to the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 27.09.2017 in Writ Petition No.11604/2017.

Considering the order passed by the learned Single Judge as referred to above, it will not be appropriate to pass any order in the present writ petition.

The petitioner if so advised may take steps in the writ petition no.11604/2017 pending before the learned Single Judge.
