The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to decide the representation for award of T.D.R./F.S.I. in lieu of land under acquisition for which possession has already been taken.

Affidavit is filed by the respondent No. 2 to the effect that, the representation of the petitioner which is at Exhibit - C would be decided after conducting joint measurement of the land by the T. I. L. R. Nanded at the earliest and after finalization of development plan.
