The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent no.1-Shaikh Musa Shaikh Kisa Qureshi who, admittedly, died on 24.03.2021 by condoning delay of 454 days.

The concerned learned Counsel appearing for

{2} Respondents, though opposed the application on the ground of delay, but considering the right to sue, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A " subject to cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad.

Amendment to be carried out within stipulated period and subject to deposit of cost.
