The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner has been admitted to 2nd year Engineering Course. The validity certificate has to be submitted on or before 30.08.2019. The learned counsel further submits that vigilance has also been conducted.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 22.08.2019 and get the report of the vigilance and file his say within two days. The committee shall endevour to decide the validation proceeding on or before 29.08.2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
