In compliance with the order dated 17th February, 2023, it is claimed that the affidavit is not placed on record by the respondents-authorities and as such, this Court must form an adverse opinion against the conduct of respondents in not complying with the order dated November 28, 2017 issued by the State Information Commissioner.

If the aforesaid contentions are appreciated, what can be noticed is the petitioner wants the present Writ Court to act as an Executing Court for the orders of the State Information Commissioner. In any case, the Writ Court cannot act as an Executing Court for compliance of such orders. 3.

That being so, we do not see any reason to cause interference under the Writ jurisdiction. As such, writ petition stands disposed of.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to the consequential remedy as is available under the provisions of the Right to Information Act.
