The learned advocate for the petitioners assures the Court that the deficit Court fees of Rs. 750/- (Rs. Seven Hundred Fifty only) would be deposited on or before 30.07.2022.

Having considered the prayers put forth by the petitioners and taking into account that there are certain disputed issues, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners would tender independent representations to the concerned authorities for the redressal of their grievance set out in prayer clauses 31 (b) and (c).

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to prefer their representations setting out specific provisions of the Act and addressing those authorities who have the jurisdiction to deal with such representations. If such representations are filed, accordingly, the competent authority would consider the said representations on their merits by following the due procedure laid down in the law, as expeditiously as possible and if it is feasible, within a period of six (06) months.
