The learned AGP points out the letter dated 06.10.2025, whereby the State has taken decision not to further extent the registration / licence of the petitioner to run the institute beyond 30.09.2025.

The learned AGP submits that in view of this communication no further adjudication to any quasi judicial order would survive in this court as the registration itself has come to an end.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would challenge the communication dated 06.10.2025 before the Division Bench of this court on appropriate grounds.

Considering the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 06.10.2025 and, also, the impugned order in this matter.

There was interim order operating in force during the pendency of the proceeding, the same is continued till 15.10.2025, so as to enable the petitioner to approach the Division Bench and seek appropriate orders.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
