The petitioner is seeking admission to the Second Year Engineering Course. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. It is submitted that tribe certificate is filed on 11.12.2020.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.01.2021. [ 4.

In case, if it is possible for the committee, the committee may endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably on or before 15.01.2021.
