This Election Petition was assigned to me in June, 2011, but had never came before me till today mainly because the petitioner made no application to take the case for hearing etc. So, on no occasion earlier I had an opportunity to deal with this petition. Today the petition is taken up for recording statement of the petitioner that he would

In view of above, EPAP Nos.13 of 2010, 12 of 2010 and 26 of 2010 stand disposed of.
