By order dated 26.9.2024 Mr. P.M. Shinde, learned advocate appearing for the appellants was permitted to seek discharge in view of the compliance as to service of notice to the appellants. Consequently, notice on court motion was issued to the appellants. Office note dated 28.11.2024 shows that appellants are served through the Court service notice. However, no appearance is filed nor the appellants are appearing in person. Sole respondent is already reported to be dead. Purshis to that effect is tendered long back. 2.

In that view of the matter, appellants seems to have no interest in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, Second Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
