Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent State.

Though there are several prayers, the learned advocate Mr. Suryawanshi for the petitioner submits that in similar fact situation in the matter of Vaijanathrao Mahadevrao Kamble Vs. The State of Maharashtra through its Secretary and Ors. (W.P. No.8299/2022) this Court has passed order on 11.08.2022 and the petitioner is soliciting a similar direction for considering his request for grant of ACPS benefits. Considering all the aspects as mentioned therein he requests that the petition be disposed of by issuing similar directions. Even the learned AGP agrees to follow such a course.

In light of the above, we dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the order passed in Writ Petition No.8299/2022. Similar directions should be followed by the respondents herein.
