This is an application seeking restoration of the petition dismissed on account of want of prosecution.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Order dated 29.06.2015 passed by the Court dismissing the petition is recalled and the petition is restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. The amount shall be deposited with the Library Committee of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad, within time stipulated as above. In the event of failure of petitioner to deposit the amount, the order passed in the instant
