The applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The Civil Application No.11966 of 2023 is disposed of. 2.

The Civil Application No.11964 of 2023 for withdrawal of amount is filed by the claimant - minor daughter, who has now become major. The other claimant has also expired in the matter.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw 35% of the amount deposited in the court along with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The Civil Application No.11964 of 2023 for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
