It is pointed out that this Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 2157/2017 on 15.02.2017, has issued direction to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the caste certificate verification proposal of petitioner within one year from the date of receipt of the proposal. It is informed that the revised proposal has been tendered to the Scrutiny Committee and the claim is pending as on today. As a result of failure of petitioner to submit validation certificate, respondent no. 4 - University has not yet declared the result of First year MBBS examination of petitioner. 2.

In the circumstances, respondent no. 4 is directed to declare result of First Year MBBS examination of petitioner forthwith.
