After disposal of the Writ Petition, whereby, we had merely directed the respondent no. 3 to pass appropriate order on the proposal of petitioner seeking approval to his appointment as a Junior Clerk, this Civil Application has been taken out to rectify the error which has occurred and perpetuated in mentioning his first name as Sunil instead of Sudhir in the memo of the Writ Petition and consequently, in the order passed by us.

The prayer is innocuous. Civil Application is allowed. 4.

Necessary correction to be made in the Writ Petition, immediately. Thereafter, our order stands modified to that extent and the fresh order be uploaded.
