Heard learned counsel for the rival

cwp1192.15 parties. Seen the earlier order made by this Court on 25th November 2014 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1005 of 2014. In view of that order made by this Court earlier, we think that this Petition is repetition of the earlier Writ Petition. We therefore, do not entertain this Petition. The contentions raised by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the proceedings under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. verification of the Petitioner should have been recorded by the Magistrate, is misconceived. We therefore, make the following order:

O R D E R

Criminal Writ Petition No.1192 of 2015 is dismissed without reserving any liberty in favour of the Petitioner.
