It is submitted that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since August 2015. The result of the petitioner's First Year M.B.B.S. examination is not declared, on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine months. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

The respondent shall not with hold the result of the petitioner's examination, only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. The respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.
