Petitioner claims to be belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe and has been admitted to M.B.B.S. degree course in respondent no. 3 - college as against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category.

It is informed that the tribe certificate verification claim lodged by petitioner is pending for disposal with respondent no. 2Committee and no decision has yet been arrived at. As a result of failure of petitioner to submit validation certificate, respondent no.4 - University has not declared result of First Year MBBS examination of petitioner.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 - Committee to take decision

{2} wp10324.17.odt on the drive certificate verification proposal of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. Respondent no. 4 - University is directed to declare result petitioner for First Year MBBS Examination. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
